Insurance and Financial Education Guidance for Individuals and Incorporated Professionals

Team collaboration

Education-First Insurance Guidance Built Around Your Needs

We provide insurance guidance and financial education for individuals, families, and incorporated professionals across Canada. Every conversation starts with your situation — your goals, existing coverage, family needs, business structure, and budget.

Our role is to explain your options clearly, compare suitable insurance strategies where appropriate, and help you make informed decisions without pressure.

For tax, legal, estate, or accounting matters, clients should consult their qualified professional advisors.

Say About Us

"

“ProSight helped me understand the difference between term and permanent insurance in a way no one had clearly explained before. I finally understood what I was buying, why it mattered, and how it fit my situation.”

“I appreciated that the conversation covered what insurance could and could not do. It was honest, practical, and educational — not a sales pitch.”

Frequently Asked Questions

Common Questions About Our Services

01 Are your services only for incorporated professionals?

No. We work with individuals, families, incorporated professionals, and business owners. Our conversations may include personal insurance needs such as life, critical illness, and income protection, as well as corporate-owned insurance strategies for incorporated clients where appropriate.

02 Are you a financial planner or investment advisor?

No. Idoreyin Asuquo is a licensed life and health insurance agent. ProSight Financial Group provides insurance guidance and financial education, not investment advice, securities advice, tax advice, legal advice, or review and correct compliance wording. Clients should consult qualified tax, legal, and investment professionals for advice in those areas.

03 What does a strategy session involve?

A strategy session is a complimentary, no-obligation conversation about your personal or corporate insurance needs. We listen to your situation, explain relevant concepts and options in plain language, and where applicable, walk through carrier-provided illustrations so you understand the assumptions, costs, benefits, and limitations before making any decision.

04 Is the Immediate Financing Arrangement appropriate for everyone?

No. The Immediate Financing Arrangement, or IFA, is an advanced corporate-owned life insurance strategy and is not suitable for everyone. It may be considered where there is a need for permanent life insurance, consistent corporate cash flow, strong borrowing capacity, and good health eligibility. The strategy involves borrowing, ongoing costs, collateral requirements, interest rate risk, and tax considerations. Clients should review the strategy with their accountant, tax advisor, and legal counsel before making any decision.

05 Do you work with clients outside Ontario?

Yes. We work with clients in provinces where we are appropriately licensed or authorized. Insurance products, services, insurer availability, and regulatory requirements may vary by province.
